Ithaca Trainer: What I’m Reading Wednesday

With the school year starting and summer vacations ending, it’s time for people to settle back down into desks, behind screens and in front of books.  I’ve been adding more back, shoulder and core work into my programs recently to combat the evils of forward neck posture.   Here are some good reads on variations of my favorite exercises:
