Ithaca Trainer: What I’m Reading Wednesday

Spoken like a true Gym Bro, but he has a very good point.  As you may know, I believe most people should aim to eat 1g of protein/ 1lb of body weight and keep under your daily calories.  This is a good quick tip reminder that, even with IIFYM, it’s important to get in a salad or other veggies during the day.
