What I’m Reading Wednesday: You’re Messing It Up

 

We all make mistakes.  For example, I rocked a muffin cut for longer than I’d like to admit:

But as long as we learn from them and move on, that’s what really matters.

Your Diet:

  1. You’re not giving it enough time to work,

Caffeine:

This magical substance has a lot of benefits, in moderation.  It’s a great tool to keep handy, but don’t try to build your house with just duct tape.  (Is duct tape a tool?  If not, shoot.)

Sleep:

Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t sleep through an entire night.  But don’t pick up that phone!  Try getting up and doing other calm activities and let sleep come back to you.
