Fine, maybe cutting back on the second helpings at dinner won’t be so bad.  But what about: chocolate, bread, large coffees, pizza, donuts, etc?  The gurus at Examine.com explain why we get cravings… and it might just be insightful enough to help you control your own.

Still want a boost?  Here is a efficient and effective workout I sent one of my clients:

– Front lunge into a back lunge (10x/side)
– Squat
– Push Up
– Leg Raise
– Superman with you hand behind your head
Begin with 10 reps of each exercise in a row, then repeat from the top with 9 reps, then 8 reps, then 7 reps, etc.  until you work your way down to 1 rep of each.
No equipment or excuses necessary.
